About The Rusty Sage

The Rusty Sage is a mobile service for any event, that provides you vintage charm, and a rustic appeal. We provide a unique way to enjoy drinks while giving you professional and personalized care. 

We are a traveling, converted two-horse trailer based out of Southwestern Kansas that serves anything from weddings, to corporate events, to family reunions. 

We specialize in outdoor events, and arrive at the booking with our decorated trailer, as well as a vintage photo opt backdrop upon request!

Disclaimer

We are a Dry Hire Service, meaning we cannot and will not provide alcohol for your event due to Kansas Law. All alcohol will be provided by you, and we will work closely to aid and customize your experience. 

What To Expect

    Rusty Sage Services

    B.Y.O.B Package

    This Build Your Own Bar package ensures you can get exactly what you desire! Our mobile bar arrives fully stocked and ready for your party. We take care of everything, all you have to do is provide the alcohol you want served, then sit back, relax, and enjoy. 


    You Provide: 

    • Any & All alcohol you'd like to be served

              (This includes beer, wine, liquor for cocktails)

    We Provide:

    • The Rusty Sage Mobile Bar
    • Base of 5 hr service (can be extended)
    • Bartending Staff
    • 30 miles of travel ($4.00 per additional mile)
    • All Bartending supplies (coolers, bar tools, etc.)
    • Ice
    • Drinkware, Napkins, Straws
    • Mixers & Garnishes

    Signature cocktail & drink menu planning, and  

    suggested alcohol quantities are provided. 


    Vendor Package

    Send us a message about attending your next vendor event with NO CHARGE TO YOU! We will serve mocktails, sodas, lemonades, and other non-alchoholic seasonal drinks.
